all questions, comments, and orders will be handled through our customer service department.

Answer: Yes, if you would like to place an order please call us or email your phone number to
Customer Service and let us know the best time to reach you. We will contact you within 24 hours

Answer: We are constantly updating the website with new items.

5. What are your hours of operation?
Answer: Our customer service department is open Monday through Saturday 8am to 9pm EST.
Our on-line store never closes!

7. How do I know if a product is in stock or if it's back ordered?
Answer: In the event that an item goes out of stock or is back ordered you will be notified by email or by phone within 24 hours.

8. Will I receive a confirmation email after I have placed my order?
Answer: Yes, as soon as you check out and complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you specified as your email address. You will also receive an email from our customer service providing you your confirmation number so you can check your order! It will show the day your order left our store and also the arriving day at your local USPS

11. What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Check or Money Order.
(Check or Money order must be received before order can be send to you.

12. Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Answer: Yes, You must send email to us within 24 hours after you place your order to change it. Most orders
are shipped within 24 hours when you placed it. Please send us an email so we can change the order.
If your order has already been placed, you may return it. Please follow the return instructions that came
with your package.

13. Do you offer customization or personalization of products?
Answer: Yes. We are offering customization to following sizes:

14. How much do you charge for shipping?
Answer: Our shipping fees are as follows:

15. What is your Exchange or Return Policy?
Answer: Please wrap securely and indicate reason for return. Your package MUST BE insured, pre-paid and
returned within 30 days of receipt. Every effort will be made to speed your exchange or credit.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED MERCHANDISE (not related to delivery).
If damage has occurred to your package during shipment, please contact us immediately.
